There are three registration methods:

2. For registration by paper forms, download the PDF or Word document here. Complete the forms and mail or fax to the AIS office.
3. For registration to Ancillary Meetings only, click here.

Polo Shirt

This year the conference is offering a comfortable, durable polo shirt for purchase. They will be available for attendees with their welcome packets. They are available in both Men’s and Women’s small through XXXL. They are made of 100% combed cotton (pre-shrunk) with tipped welt knit collar and cuff both with red and black trim (see below), 3-button contrasting placket and pearl buttons.
